The Solution Architect Sales Associate partners with our seven regional Sales Solution Architects to maximize our sales to potential connected Cardiology and Vital Signs customers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Solutions Implementations, this role will be focused on understanding and supporting the current selling process from opportunity generation to quoting and closing the sale.

The role is located onsite at the formerly Welch Allyn branded products facility located in beautiful upstate New York in a bedroom community outside of Syracuse, Skaneateles Falls. We operate on a hybrid model working some days remotely and some in office.

What you'll be doing:

  • Enable and maximize the Solution Architect Sales Team “selling opportunities” by supporting the end-to-end sales process and working with cross functional partners, including Sales, Project Management and Contracts teams
  • Gather and document current customer’s care models and discuss proposed solutions
  • Design and build customer specific solution diagrams to highlight how our solutions work and integrate with their current technology
  • Build and deliver remote customer presentations out of our in house studio located in Skaneateles. Become adept in communicating our Cardiology and Vitals Connectivity value proposition solutions in a studio setting
  • Liaise between the Sales Solutions Architect and the Contracts Teams to help with and expedite RFI’s/RFP’s
  • Monitor current Statement of Work compliance and recommend improvements
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance the sales process
  • Assist with customer quotes including the building of and reviewing for accuracy
  • Escalate customer/project concerns to the appropriate Sales Solution Architect
  • Assist with Salesforce.com tracking and activity
  • Engage with customers remote and in person as needed.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a technology and customer focused role - Medical Device experience a plus
  • Customer centric mindset with an aptitude for technology
  • Strong presentation skills using power point and/or Visio; adept at virtual presentations demonstrating technology solutions
  • Excellent trouble shooting and organizational skills with a desire to drive process improvement
  • Excellent written/ verbal communications and critical thinking
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
